This pan takes a while to heat, but it holds the heat well & evenly. I fried eggs and they did not stick at all. (best test for a non stick in my opinion) it is sturdy & comfortable in the hand & just the right weight. It's not to heavy or to light.(Make sure you read instructions on care)

These pans are quality made, highly crafted, perfectly balanced handles, perfectly shaped for handling. I did a lot of research and believe me these are worth the money. Use non stick cookware as the manufacture suggest and these will outlast any other china made non stick, especially ceramic. I got what I paid for, and I just love cooking with them. Flip an egg no problem, nothing sticks. Solid stainless outer layer goes up the sides, as well, (not just a plate on the bottom) aluminum inner layer then the Eterna on the interior of the pan. It works great on my induction cooktop. Everyone should have a safe non stick fry pan for cooking eggs and fish. I bought the 8in and 10in, very pleased. These Regal pans are American made and it shows. The quality of these pans is obvious from the moment you pick one up. Very heavy quality non stick pans that make the copper pans I bought a few years ago look like something from a dollar store. The non-stick coating is another area where these pans show their quality. Very pleased and highly recommended. My mother used Regal pans which I still have and never wore out, unlike the copper pans I have that are now useless and only a few years old. Don’t waste your money on Chinese made crap. Buy these American made pans, you’ll be glad you did.

American Kitchen makes a high quality product. We have owned the American Kitchen entire cookware set for 10 years. We use the 10 inch nonstick pan more than any other. Seriously, we probably use it 5 days a week. After 5 years of nonstop use, the nonstick coating began to wear off making it unusable for eggs and sauteeing fish. It didn't flake off or anything; it just stopped working as well as it used to.I love that this pans are made in America. Really, the only other option is All Clad, which is overpriced and has uncomfortable handles.My only complaint is that Regal keeps jacking up the price of their cookware. This is our 3rd pan in 10 years, and each time the pan seems to cost $20 more than the pan before. It's a good product, but not sure I'll keep buying in the future if it's $20 more next time.

Take my advice, don't be cheap when buying a workhorse pan. I've had this one for over a year, used it daily, and it still works like new. It costs more, yes, but you don't have to replace it every 6 months. To clean the baked on grease that accumulates on the underside, simply leave it in the sink soaking in Dawn and warm hours for half a day and the baked-on nastiness comes right off. Star knock because this mighty pan does not come with a lid.

I first wanted to buy American. I must say that I have never been so excited about a skillet as I was when I got this one! Exceptional quality was evident at first sight. Distribution of heat is excellent. Let me recommend, read the use and care of this skillet. It cost more than most yet worth every bit. Care for it and I’m certain it will do well for several years!

I bought the 8 inch pan originally, loved it so much, I got the 10 inch.These are very well made, made in the United States, and most of all, work with my induction range (Samsung induction is kind of picky - not all pans marked as "induction-capable" work on it).The pans are heavy and solid, the non-stick coating is some new-fangled product that is not supposed to be toxic and is supposed to stand up to metal utensils (I won't be testing out that claim, though).These compliment my Cuisinart stainless steel cookware very nicely. I was so happy to find non-stick, induction-ready pans MADE IN USA! Worth every penny!
