They were a bit thinner than what I was thinking....but that is on me for not measuring ahead of time. They light up our foyer in a beautiful warm golden glow. Remote is like others we have. Love that I don't have open flames to worry about. Perfect for a busy house just set timer and never worry about them being turned on or off.

I like the candles, but the remote control is not easy to work. It is not really clear how to use the remote. I found it odd that you have to turn the candles on manually in order to use the remote. The remote is also impossible to open when the battery needs changed and, again, the directions are not clear on how to open the battery compartment. Though I like the candles, I would not recommend this product based on the remote and I would definitely not purchase again

I really love these candles and their convenience. If the lights go out, these little battery operated suckers are right in their setting things straight. And the remote makes it so convenient to not have to light each candle. You can put them up high and not have to worry about reaching them.

Really love the look of the candles. One of them doesn't work - the batteries don't make adequate contact - but I didn't bother trying to return them as there were plenty of candles for my purposes. The remote is very cheap and you need to be fairly close to the candles for it to work well. I haven't tried the timer function yet. Overall, for the price, I'm very pleased.

Nothing says "I want romance" faster than lighting candles. Living in the South, having a bunch of burning candles all over the house isn't really recommended, we don't need to heat the place. But these battery operated lights are perfect. Haven't tried the timer function yet, but the remote control makes it convenient to turn them off before bed.

I saw comments about the remote not working but I didn’t have issues, aside from when I have them near my tv my tv remote triggers them too. You do need to make sure you have all the candles on from the bottom before you can use the remote. Love the light and feel of the them. Great for the price.

I’m pretty happy overall with these. They’re slightly dimmer than I hoped and smaller around than I expected. I could handle the dimness, but for sure wish they were a little fatter around. It’s not a big deal but the remote doesn’t have a wide range so it only turns on a couple of the candles at time. You have to keep clicking the “on” button until they’ve all lit up.

I just set these up for their second Christmas, and am just so moved by how beautiful they are. Unless you are right on top of them, you cannot tell they are not real. They flicker like actual flames, and cast dancing shadows on the walls around them. In my book, you cannot do better.

These candles are very realistic, and the remotes are a bonus. They added something special to our Christmas table decor.
