The kit is made of a very high quality hard shell, zipper case, that is one of the nicest kits I have ever seen for the car.The medical kit, sent to me to review, was designed by a Paramedic (from New York no less!), to be a reasonably comprehensive kit in an emergency situation.The case it comes in is excellent, one might even call it beautiful. It is a hard nylon case, made to last forever. Inside it has most of the first aid supplies i have in similar kits, with the main difference it has been specifically created to be compact enough to keep in your car or truck. This doesn't seem to be designed as a 'bumps and bruises' kit that would be of little use in serious situations. It would be handy to have even at the local sports games or on a typical camping trip. As I mentioned, the case is quite nice, and the actual supplies appear to be quality items (although its not my field of expertise) i opened the bandages and they were made of thick, quality gauze material and the other components work as stated. All material in the kit are listed above, so I won't waste your time and will let you read it there. :)A survival kit isn't something you put on the mantle to admire or even something you would usually give any thought to, it is there to provide tools and supplies in an emergency. Overall a really nice kit that would be of supplementary use to those in a professional setting - and also very handy for the rest of us to have packed away for a variety of situations!This is the nicest medical kit I have ever received for review, and I am very impressed.You can also buy it with a survival knife, which I think is a great idea for any medical kit.I will be buying these as holiday gifts for my family and friends. You can't give a better gift...one that may save a life.
