I ordered this necklace in memory of my border collie. When I received it I didn’t like the way it came out. Looked like she had two left ears and her neck on that side didn’t look right. I contacted the seller and was asked to send additional pictures of her. I was told I didn’t need to return the first one and I was not charged at all for the new one which turned out beautiful. They did a very nice job. They were nice through the whole process and prompt. I received it pretty quick. I am very happy with the purchase and would buy from them again. All the stars! It looks great! My photo was older but it looks just like my baby! Very well made light weight. It is smaller than I thought but I just looking at the photos, that is my mistake for not reading. I don't care that its smaller I still love it! The dogs name was Puppy I go her when I was 15 she was my world for 19 years. Now I can keep her close with me. ♥
