Pretty bracelet
If you need a bracelet for medical reasons, you still want it to look attractive, and this one really does. I’ve been wearing mine now 24/7 for a few months, and because it’s stainless steel it still looks new. The engraving was correct the first time, and there’s enough space for four lines of information on the back. I have my name, medical condition, drug allergies, and emergency contact phone number. I selected the chain that looks like small hearts, and it is pretty and feminine, lightweight and comfortable. I would recommend getting it a little larger than your wrist size so that the engraved plate can be flipped over for easy viewing. The bracelet clasps on either side of the engraved plate, and would be easier to put on with someone to help fasten it, but I eventually got it hooked myself.I chose white, but the medical symbol comes in several colors.

Divoti makes a difference.
Having to wear a med alert item has been something that I resisted. Recently that 'choice' was taken away. Why am I telling you this? Because getting to wear something so pretty, that more suits my personality and lifestyle, makes the process mentally easier. Wearing something that doesn't (for me) announce to the world that I'm sick, but allows those who know what to look for, adds to my and my family's peace of mind.Divoti creates fashion friendly pieces without the cost of a gold (though they apparently have that option! ) med alert item. They take something needed and utilitarian and make it attractive and customizable. I love that the chain part of this bracelet can be swapped for a different style. The laser etching is actually at a depth that IF the black coating goes away it can still be read. Washing dishes or hands, or taking showers hasn't diminished the quality or appearance of my bracelet. I can tell you honestly, this bracelet is so lovely and suits me so well, that *IF* it did fall apart in 6months, I'd buy another. Doubtful that it will, it's actually quite good quality. I'm so impressed that I've told all my friends about it on FB. Plus! I ordered it on a Thursday and it arrived the very next Monday via USPS. They included a much needed emergency card, a soft jewelry bag, and instructions to register the item for extended insurance (damage and the like) purposes. If I could give them a 10 star review, it would happen. Alas, we are limited to 5 stars. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Well done Divoti and a massive thank you for helping life be a little more enjoyable. 😘

Lovely and Informative.
While I love my new medical alert bracelet, I feel compelled to point out that the chain is a lot more delicate/fragile looking than in the photo in the listing. This is my second bracelet from this seller, so you have to know I like the bracelets. I think instead of using the heart chain I will go back to the stainless steel Byzantine chain I've worn for the past 5 years. I haven't had a single problem with it, and I think I'll worry less by using it with the new information link. Thanks, Divoti!

Beautiful but hard to clasp.
I just got my bracelet and it's really beautiful, I love it. The only issues is that I can't seem to get it on without help. It's difficult to keep the clasp open long enough to fasten it. If there's someone else in your household to help you with it, you won't have a problem. Other than that, it's everything I hoped it would be.

Well Made and Attractive
I bought this on March 1, 2018. So far, it has not tarnished nor have any of the links broken. It still looks brand new.I wanted purple with hearts and this is perfect. There is plenty of room on the back to inscribe needed info. I have a 7.5 inch wrist andgot the 8 inch bracelet. There is a lot of room and I can slip it over my and without using the clasp.New info as of early May 2019. One of the links broke and there was no way to fix it so I had to order a new one. I still like it but if it breaks again after a year, I'll go to another vendor. When I wrote my first review, I said that it was big enough to slip over my hand, and that was, and still is true. However, I never took it off during the entire year I had it so there was no strain on the clasp or links. The last picture shows where it broke.Update #2 on Jan 8. 2021: I've had this second one since May 2019. The purple color has now worn off and it's hard to see the caduceus. If I get a new bracelet, I suppose I'll look at different companies. (see last photo)Update #3: Feb 25, 2021 The chain broke AGAIN. It has thicker rings and then the tiny, thin rings and that's the one that broke. It's so tiny I'm unable to fix it. I guess it's time to look for a different seller.

Pretty and Practical
The bracelet is a nice weight and a pretty design. The back is easy to read. How durable it is remains to be seen, but I think the chain will be easy to replace if necessary.Edit: The informational part of the bracelet isn't really curved, so it is a little annoying to wear.

A Huge Disappointment. Faceplate is Awful. .
At first glance this bracelet is very pretty. The face plate has a nice design. While the medical symbol looks like a pretty decoration it is still just obvious enough for first responders to recognize it. KEEP READING. It goes downhill from here. The face plate seems nice quality but I have not actually been able to wear it yet. The chain is cheap. Nothing special. I like that the chain can be removed and replaced with other options. That will be the first thing I get rid of.What I absolutely dislike about this bracelet is the face plate is huge and flat. Based on the fact that this has a very small chain on it, it is obviously for a person like myself with a small wrist. The faceplates should be sized according to chain size. Because the face plate does not have enough curve to it It just sits flat across my wrist and hangs over the sides instead of contouring to the shape of my wrist. Not only is it uncomfortable, but it looks ridiculous.Considering that after shipping and tax, I spent $50 on this bracelet I am extremely disappointed. It probably should not have cost more than $20. If this was not non-refundable I would return it in an instant. I feel I’m being very generous giving it 3 stars. I always read the reviews of products carefully before buying. Apparently I skipped this one. I would not have even considered this bracelet had I read them.

Beautiful bracelets
Product came as described. Was a little surprised at the size of the ID portion, it’s larger than previous bracelets worn in the past. Not saying it is a bad thing though. It allows the conditions to be viewed easily, and the engraving was easily requested, and looks great too. Purchased two, in two different sizes and they fit great! We did follow the size guidelines about adding the extra bit as well. Glad to have had such a great experience. Will definitely buy again in the future if needed!
