Great Light Kit! A must have for any photographer.
This 3pack LED light kit is excellent!Whether you are a hobby photographer, professional, YouTube reviewer or eBay seller, this light kit fits and surpasses all your needs!I spent a few days using these lights before posting my review. The setup was very simple. The stands each have a ball head with plastic knobs for adjustment. The footprint is relatively small, as shown in the photos. After a few hours of being on, the heat release is negligible. This is excellent when photographing people. Many other non-LED systems emanate lots of heat that can cause your subject to sweat. Not with these! This light kit also can be adjusted tall enough to have direct light from above. This helps to fill in any shadows. No additional products are needed to be purchased. Just adjust the knob and angle your light directly facing down.Whether using the knobs or the remote sold separately (HIGHLY recommend), the color temperature and brightness are easily adjustable. The included power cords for each light are very sturdy and UL listed. I also used the batteries from the IVISII camera mounted lights (I20). They fit perfectly and lasted quite a while. As an added bonus, the power cord from the 3 LED light kit also works with the I20 light sold by IVISII.The kit comes in a large, thin box. Each pole is in its own box. And each LED light is packed in individual boxes with bubble wrap.I will most likely keep the bubble wrap to place over the lights when not in use, as an added layer of protection. The rubber feet on the light stands grip firmly on any flat surface.IVISII is a new name to me, but I have already been using a few of their products with excellent results.I did contact their customer service about a question, and the personalized response was almost immediate. That level of service is almost unheard of today.Wireless LED remote review:I purchased this remote to go with the IVISII 3 pack LED light kit.It works right out of the box. It's a very sturdy remote. Doesn't feel like a flimsy product at all.Once turned on, it can easily pair with an individual LED panel, or all 3 lights. All of the LED light settings can easily be adjusted with the remote. The remote also includes a button to instantly adjust the light intensity in 25% increments. This is a very handy feature. This product is a must have for the LED Kit sold by IVISII / KingTeke.

Remote Adjustment Makes LED Lighting More Versatile
The remote is built well enough and is of a good size. I like the idea of being able to stay in one spot and adjust both intensity and lighting temperature without having to roam and loose perspective. The new LED lighting gives you a lot more choices for lighting a subject that you can see live. Remote functions flawlessly. It is a recommended accessory.

Would be fine if it were better made, but can be worked around if you have the patience.
The remote does, in fact, control the 2 panels I use consistently when it is working, but it has a lot of problems. The material is so cheap that if you squeeze it with even the slightest amount of pressure you can cause the battery to cut out. I would give it a three if that were the only problem, but when the remote starts back up, it reverts the selected channel and settings that you had set before it cuts out. It does not send a new signal to the panels when it starts so the lights don't change, but the second you go to set the proper values on it again, it begins sending signals. An example: I set both panels to 3200K at 10% brightness as I'm working late at night at my desk and just need some room light. The remote cuts out and comes back on at 5500K at 50%. I begin to adjust the brightness down on it and the lights immediately jump to 49% and then begin to go down as I rotate the dial for it. Quite jarring in the middle of the night. The wheel is my next major complaint. You must slowly click it around despite it clearly being designed for rapid movement (otherwise, why not just an up and down button?). As you begin to spin it at something faster than a button click it sometimes goes up and sometimes goes down. What's worse, it sometimes cuts out and you have to start all over again. This is all made worse by the fact that it reverts the channel selected as well, so if you don't have your panels on the A channel, you'll ALSO have to reselect that each time the remote cuts out and pressing buttons sometimes causes the remote to cut out.I should also mention the included battery was at less than 50% when I first installed it. Maybe a better battery will fix it, but it's been too far down my list of priorities to actually try so far. I'm only writing this right now because I just got another solar flare fired out of these panels while I was drinking my coffee this morning and needed to vent a bit.The biggest complaint I have, by far, though is that there is no way to turn the panels on/off with the remote. I had to install them on a smart plug and control it that way.So the work around is basically this: put all panels on channel A, power on the remote, make your changes, remove the battery so it doesn't get bumped and randomly decide to send an update signal after it shorts out. This isn't a great work around, but I can live with it. $20 isn't a lot for a customized remote, but it's definitely made with about $1 or less worth of materials.

This remote is a great accessory for my Ivisii video light kit!
I bought this remote control to use with my Ivisii video light kit. It works great and makes it easy to turn the lights on/off or adjust settings from a distance.
