I started taking the NAC first for a coupleof weeks. After taking these in addition for only a few days... wow! The difference is very apparent for me. I suffer very badly with edema, also my histsmine levels have been higher than my pills can keep up with recently and it makes me swell up. After just days of taking these the histsmine inflammation is just gone! My edema is also being affected in a good way. My skin is tighter due to the reduction in inflammation and water.
