I can't believe a diet is working for me!
This works!! - After what seems like constant diets for the last 20 years, and constant weight gains as I quit in disgust each time, after one month, the diet is easy to maintain and I am down an amazing 15 lbs. - The science is credible and the anecdotal stories encouraging.Everything made sense as I went along. Because the diet is "rich" in proteins, I have no hunger and have found myself eating maybe 50% of what I had been before. The compulsive eating that I attributed to external factors was surely the carbs and sugars craving more carbs and sugars. My previous diet foods, oatmeal and fruit, [what could be wrong?] were obviously making me hungrier.I no longer have any compulsion to overeat as my meals leave me satisfied. After a good breakfast, I barely get hungry again. If I do, I eat w/o guilt and the results are there. My weight loss was dramatic in the first ten days and has slowed to a steady rate of maybe 2 lbs a week. I am now lighter than I have been in many years, and if I am feeling better, more energetic, due to the foods I am eating or just being lighter, I don't really know. I do know that my clothes are fitting better. I have not been exercising any more than my daily activiites.As I said - - This works! -- and after only a month, I have no reason or desire to revert back to my former carb/sugar laden eating. I have been currently trying to nearly eliminate the carbs staying well below daily limits - - I am determined and encouraged. Thank you Eric!!

good read will get you headed in the right direction

About this book
I already knew low carb eating works, but I really had no idea about the other facts contained in this book that help you lose weight and not feel hungry. Finally someone has put together a very fun and easy to read book about this way of eating. It's simple, delicious (bacon mmmmmmm), nutritious and easy to do. The supporting facts are there and it works. LCHF is the "secret" to looking good, feeling better and losing weight. Finally, it has been explained very simply in this entertaining book. Thank you to the author.

it was fun to read and i like the picture in it and have a sample quick and fun to read.

Lots of information, could have done with weekly menu ideas so that following it could be easier.
