I purchased this in Aug 2021 and looked through my orders so I could write this review. I have several dress watches that I wear and used to have to take to a jeweler to have the battery changed, since walmart does not do it anymore. I now purchase the batteries from Amazon and use this kit to take the back off myself and replace the batteries. Very easy, takes about 3 minutes. It also comes with an attachment to take links out of the bands very simply. I highly recommend this product. It is worth one trip to town and the cost the jewelry repair guy charges.

The shops around me charge 40+ dollars to change the battery out. So I was sick of paying that price for a simple battery replacement and it worked like a charm. The vice for the watch has multiple openings for the dial turners and fits snug(Don't over tighten). The gripping tool to actually remove the backplate doesn't have a locking mechanism, but if you hold it firmly and twist, it will open easily. The tool to open the backplate cost around 10 dollars on it's own. This set comes with a nice pair of tweezers, multiple micro screw heads for the screw kit, and a nice zip up carry bag that holds everything. I haven't used it for removing or adjusting links, but it has the tools for that as well and a mini pry bar if needed. Purchasing 2 new batteries for my watch cost 3 dollars, combined with this, and I still saved over 10 dollars and never have to take it to the store again. Worth every penny people.

If you have powered by a battery watch, it will eventually run out of energy and the battery need to be replaced.Changing the battery on a watch is not that difficult and if you have the right tools you could do it yourself from the comfort of your home.The BYNIIUR Watch Battery Replacement Tool Kit is very handy and do have most of the tools requiredto open the back case of the watch and replace the battery.This tool kit comes with a watch holder, a twist watch back opener, two back removers and two small screwdrivers. Also included a pouch to keep the tools, a lint free cloth and a manual.The hardest part could be removing the case back, but in other instances it could well be placing the back cover, since some could have been done using pressure.In that case this kit might not be able to help you and you might need another tool that could provide the pressure need to close the back case. Otherwise you might need to take the watch to watchmaker.I have other tools to compliment this kit....such as a watch band link pins remover and a watch press to close the back case of watches.This kit is very easy to use and it paid by itself on first use. I have replaced close to a dozen watches for family and friends. If I were charging them for the job I could have made some profit.Because of the low price the quality of the components are not very good and lack the precision of more expensive tools.The adjustable back opener is kind of flimsy and it moves by itself, so you might need to hold the wheel in place if you don't want tp scratch your watch.

Got this to replace 2 batteries and adjust 2 metal watch band lengths. The watch band was easy. They give you a little press, and several size pins. Fine adjustment on the clasp has its own tool, and there is a hammer to drive the band pins in.Watch battery cover wrench needs to be set up depending on slots, but easy. There is a block to insert the watch in, covers came off easily.Hard part, both batteries had a metal clip held by a tiny screw. The give you the screwdriver, but a hi mag level glass or an eye loupe makes it much easier, along with a good bright light. Replaced all for $14, tool included. A local battery place charges $16 for one. Charge for band adjustment would be more. Very happy with this purchase.

The tool to take the back off is crap. I had to take it apart twice just to get it to adjust, the screw kept binding with the dial. It worked and was able to change 2 watch batteries but the price reflects what you get which is cheap junk from the usual suspect. Which I was expecting but still.. i guess it's worth it if your jeweler charges alot and you just need to replace a battery on a less expensive watch.

Good addition to some other tools I have. Inexpensive kit that worked well on a 20 year old Gucci watch, I used one of the pry tools and the vice to hold the watch. It takes a bit of confidence, I used the cloth to protect the glass face and placed it in the vice and gently tightened it. Using the pry tool I worked around the back plate of the watch, after some time it popped off to expose the inside. Changing the battery was easy with the use of tweezers, that are not supplied with this kit. Getting the back cover on again is easy with a cover press and I recommend getting one on Amazon as it will save a lot of frustration. Overall a good kit that I have now used to on several watches and also changed the nose pieces on a pair of glasses with the screwdriver, so very useful. I would recommend a few extra tools for watch battery change though, you will need:1. Magnifying glasses (available on Amazon)2. Tweezers3. Watch back cover press (also available on Amazon)
