Sichuan Hot Chili Oil (24.6oz) New Large Easy to Spoon Tub

This is a nut-like rapeseed oil, augmented with a smattering of whole sesame seeds, and a less-than-ample supply of crushed red pepper flakes. Therefore, do not expect to use it as a relish -- but it will flavor stir-fry dishes marvelously.

The description led me to believe it is all oil. It's mostly oil, but does contain seeds. Flavorful and mild.

I like it very much!

we use it in strirfry and on dumplings. Very tasty.
