I wanted to achieve that "hairy yak" look on some of my dining room chairs, and these are perfect! I am using them on some thin-ish Gorilla brand chair pads and they fit well and are comfortable. I should probably spray them with a stain barrier or something, but I'll most likely just try spot-cleaning any spills when needed.

I love this pillow. The faux fur is just right and it doesn't shed. Unfortunately, it is hard to tell true color from a picture and it isn't quite a match to what I need so I will be returning. I wish they had about 20 more shades.

This is a really high quality pillow cover. The faux fur is soft and cozy. I didn't expect it to be so nice given the inexpensive price. I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend this item that anyone.

I'm impressed with the loveliness of this pillow cover for the price I paid. It's a beautiful shade of white -- neither yellowish nor stark white. It's true to size. I ordered faux fur because it is washable. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.

I returned the purchase only be a use the white was pure white and didn't work with my love seat. otherwise, great price & nice!

I’ve been struggling to find the right covers, in the right sizes, to blend in with the existing colours of our Living Room and finally dialed it down to these. Now, it’s time to deal with that wall colour! (will probably do reclaimed wood). I took before and after photos and listed the covers below.This is the pillow (and cover) that got me started. The pillow was so sad and tired. It needed a new cover!!! I really debated on this one, and read all of the reviews for all of the Mongolian fur type pillow covers and eventually selected this one. So glad I did!I also debated a LOT on the colour too. I originally had it in my mind to get a natural off white one, but I really couldn’t tell if they would be WHITE, creamy, beige, etc. Then, I stood back and ignored the orange wall (because it is changing) and realized that a lamp on the far right needed to be balanced. (Too bad I didn’t get it in the photo, but it’s too far to the right.) It’s made of toothpicks laminated together which winds up looking a little like bamboo wood. The Ginger colour and the fur texture totally counterbalanced it!It’s soft and I haven’t had any shedding. I didn’t do anything to it at all - except put it on the pillow. I just shook it up. It looks like a real one and my picky designer guy doesn’t even fully realize it isn’t (he is a snob about these things). In fact, we went to a friends house who has real ones, and this one looked MORE real! Yay!It depends on what you want though… If you want a natural looking Mongolian type fur, you don’t need to do anything. If you want a smoothed out type of fur, like a bear (for example) then you might want to brush it out… but in my opinion, it looks better left alone - and looks fake brushed out. These are good covers and I’ve washed them and let them sit out to dry with no issue. They are not super soft but they provide the texture I am needing for a price I was willing to pay. They hold up nice and I like that they are able to be washed. I would definitely recommend and would buy again if needed. Please note, the white is not a pure white, it does have a bit of a yellow undertone but not too much.

I love them! They look great on the bed with my other pillows. It advised to wash before use and they wash great and can go in the dryer.
