I bought a second one.They were light weight and adjusted well.BUT THEY DO NOT HOLD UP.Adjustments will not hold tight.After 4 months of use, both had become useless and have been thrown away.Original Review...If you want something to extend beyond 10 feet, or attach a deep bag leave rake to, do heavy brushing with, or attach a commercial grade vacuum to...don't buy this.If you want easy surface skimming of fine debris, some light leaf raking, or using a small light weight battery powered vacuum without over-working your old arms and shoulders...this is the pole for you (and your spouse).If I bend it, I'll just get another. Until then I'll appreciate its light weight as I reach out over the Pool to skim off fine debris and when I need to do some light brushing of the Pool sides.

Residential Use only,Although it claims commercial grade, my Stanley 1mm commercial grade is ten times sturdier than this pole,I bought it to save space and to stop hitting thing with the large 8'foot pole,But this one just doesn't do a good job,One day of use on five pools and the locking mechanisms gave out.

Item was heavily damaged upon receiving. It will not extend with this damage.

There is no way to connect to anything so this is hardly universal. Am returning.

The description said it was commercial grade.......BS, This is about the same quality as a $22.00 pool pole sold at Home Depot. I'll be lucky to get six months of use out of it.

PERFECT! Sturdy 12foot pool pole. That’s not what I’m using it for but you can’t beat the price with a stick.

Too weak and too short for standard pool and the locking system does not work when is wet :(
