I'm doing 100 push-ups a day challenge and use these in between push-ups to reduce my abs. I'm currently on week 7 of 12 weeks, and I started these on week 4. I start out with one set on week 4, double the sets in week 5, and start triple sets going forward. So yeah, I spend around 1-2 hours every morning doing push-ups and working out "uhhh, I mean reading the daily News and watching YouTube while using these before I take my shower ;)"I do my push-ups in the morning and combine with stomach vacuums to make sure of the visible result. I know my belly did not look smaller because my chest got bigger as I can see result in having to wear a belt when I didn't need one before.I would give it 5 Stars if the pad didn't break/go bad on me. See the my circling of the bottom Pad. The middle Pad is also going bad.

In addition to diet and exercise, this device has really been helping me tone up my abs and obliques. It feels like a light pulsing electric shock, but it's definitely not painful. I love that there's different levels and gel pads to make it work more effectively. It requires two AAA batteries per module to work.

I saw something similar like this on Facebook and ended up buying it and it honestly felt kind of weird, but relaxing at the same time! Definitely saw my stomach tightening after a couple days use but I can't say the same for my arms and legs.

The muscle stimulation is really effective. The pads lose their adhesiveness quicker than I expected especially if I moved a lot while wearing it. But I guess the whole point is you can be sitting or lying down and still work on your abdomen

Product shipped fast. It feels comfortable to wear and is of good quality. Will update review after a few weeks of using to see results but already feel a difference

It’s not “shockingly” painful. I can tell there’s some toning in the little time I’ve used it.

This product was not as nice and I thought it was.

The product came in a tightly sealed package which makes it hygenic. When i 1st used it, i wasn't impressed. However later, i discovered that i can adjust it to the level of intensity of the vibration i wanted which stimulates the muscles. I actually felt the muscles contracting. Then i went wild and tried it in my back. It actually relieved the tension in my back.😊
