Works Well!
I purchased this item for the bottom of "doggie grip socks" which after much use needed a bit more grip. We do re-apply as needed but thus far it seems to be helping with the grip and thankfully a bit less falls.

Defective Cap?
Product works great for playing tennis and I will give this 5 stars. The only problem I had was that on my 3rd application the cap broke and can't be fixed! Otherwise, whether sprayed directly on the tennis cover grip (which I change every other time I play) or directly on to my hands it helps me handle shots that are not exactly in the "sweet" spot, especially when volleying a heavy shot.

Love this stuff for aerial silks
This is my favourite brand of aerosol spray for aerial silks. The smell is not overwhelming. It works really well and I don't have to use a lot of it. I have very dry skin from eczema and its quite dry half of the year in Michigan. I still think I should have better grip and perhaps this is cheating to use . . . but it really helps me when I slide right off the silks in dry weather. I can say that when I'm in humid climate locations, this isn't needed and is an overkill.

Awesome grip!
Wow! This stuff really works! I can already palm a basketball, but this really adds just enough grip to take your game to a whole new level. It will take time and effort, though, to figure out just the right combination as it will affect your shooting at first...and the you have to constantly adjust your shooting to accommodate as the adhesiveness wears off. I do not recommend this for the average player...only those who can adjust quickly on the fly and make the necessary adjustments to their game while in game. If you are uncomfortable with getting a consistent grip with the spray (it is hard to get the same even coating each and every time with no excessive overspray to your palm), then you can try the Mueller Stickum paste. That can be metered more accurately so that you use the same amount each time and you put it exactly where you want to put it.

Attention aerialists! Great substitution for Cramer Firm Grip
Many aerialists are holding tight to thier last can of Cramer firm grip spray and hoping for an alternative that also isn't Grip-It because of the faulty sprayer caps. This stickum spray is awesome! It sprays a little heavier than the Cramer and I feel like it's a little stronger of a grip as well. I just used it for my silk/ sling event on New Years Eve and it was great!!

Mueller Stickum Spray - Good for Obstacle Grips
Pros:- Gives Excellent Grip on Ninja Obstacles or OCR Obstacles.- Strong Fingertip grip improvement for climbing.- Works on Wet and Dirty Obstacles in OCR.Cons:- Slower drying than Mueller PreTape spray.- Causes fingers to stick together.- More expensive than Mueller PreTape spray.- Can leave a residue on obstacles immediately after application.I evaluated this Mueller Stickum spray for improved grip on Ninja obstacles and Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) obstacles. I was looking for an improvement over my current gold standard adhesive, Mueller PreTape spray which works very good on difficult obstacles like finger tip grip Cliffhanger or Climbing/Bouldering Walls, Cannonballs, Vertical Nunchucks, or Rope Climbs, but can take some time to dry after application to the hands and does leave some residue on the obstacles after application (too much material applied on the fingers). The Mueller Stickum performs equivalent to the Mueller Pretape in terms of adhesive properties and grip improvement. It is also very equivalent in terms of residue left on the obstacles after application and sticking the fingers together from overspray. Products like Cramer Firm Grip and iTAC2 sport grip do not leave discernable residue or stick fingers together but they also underperform in terms of grip improvement. The Mueller Stickum also is slower drying than the Mueller PreTape spray, probably due to different aerosol solvents (smells different). Mueller Stickum is also more expensive for the 4oz spray can than Mueller PreTape Spray. Mueller PreTape spray is also available in 10oz cans at a more economical price. In conclusion. the Mueller Stickum has grip performance almost equivalent to Mueller PreTape spray but is slower to dry. It also costs more than the Mueller PreTape Spray. I recommend purchasing the Mueller PreTape spray in 10oz cans as the most economical. The 40z cans are useful to carry in a pouch during OCR's to apply just before an obstacle to maximize grip for wet, dirty surfaces.

It works great.
When those hot days cause sweaty hands, this takes cake of slippage.

Prolongs life of basketball
It’s hard to find decent basketball courts due to covid. Most of the courts I play on are very rough asphalt which tears up even the best outdoor balls. After going through a few balls, I decided to give this a shot. There wasn’t much info online about this application, so I was worried it wouldn’t work well. I thought it might wear off quickly or be too tacky like those cheap outdoor Spaldings. To my surprise it was perfect. Two light coats made the ball feel as good as any outdoor ball I’ve ever used. Sticky enough to palm but slick enough to spin in your hands. It lasted well through a whole workout. I’m not sure how often I’ll have to reapply or how long the can will last, but I’m sure it will be cheaper than buying new basketballs. Highly recommend!
