Love this thing
. Assembly was not burdensome. Wants together is very stable for itself, considering what it's used for. I've had one of these in the past and had to leave it in the other country instead of transporting it by playing here to the US. Highly Recommended for its versatility

Great workout
Watching the video, one can’t help but admire the versatility of this item. One has to watch Jon Hinds’ video to appreciate the range of exercises one can do with it.I’m starting kinda slow with it: 86 years old; low back problem (spondylolisthesis); after about 3 months hiatus from exercise.

Wrong size hex screw, but works great
Works great but one of the hex screws is the wrong size and will not work with the assembly. Fortunately it works just fine without it. Would also be nice if it came with instructions for the less mechanically inclined, but I figured it out and had it put together in less than 5 minutes.

Not too bad
The wheel works fine but, I have some issues with this item. The instructions are pretty awful. I had to watch a Youtube video on how to assemble the wheel. The instructions aren't complicated, just vague. The reviews are accurate about this wheel being HUGE. I wanted to take this ad wheel to the gym but it won't fit in my gym bag due to it's size. The only advantage this wheel has over other ab wheels is the foot attachment. But that feature doesn't really make it better than other wheels that are out there.

Received this for Mother's day. Now I have abs of steel! (Look out Gal!)My son also uses it, we had competitions over the summer for who could do the most roll outs. Now he has the abs of a 14 year old Thor.
