I hate writing reviews but I hate feeling like I was ripped off too. There are so many options for over-the-sink organizers. I chose this one because it appeared to be well constructed and durable. It’s super cheap aluminum and assembly was a little difficult because the pieces didn’t fit together and needed to be forced together. If I had paid $20 for it, I wouldn’t be so upset. However, I paid $70 and it’s for sure not $70 quality. Besides the cheap aluminum feeling, the racks don’t quite sit level with each other which looks terrible and the black paint coat is so thin. Ugh! If I didn’t mind waiting another two-weeks for a new one, I’d send this back. I’m lazy though so hopefully this review will prevent someone else from feeling ripped off.

I absolutely love this product! It saves so much space, and is aesthetically pleasing. UNFORTUNATELY, as mentioned by a couple other buyers, the welding is not the strongest. One of the basket's welding broke after only 4 months of use. At the price that this is sold at ($75), some kind of warranty/replacement seems appropriate. The main BEWARE is that the company that is selling this product (LUEXBOX) does not have any contact information available, so no communications can be made about possible replacement of the basket. This is confirmed through Amazon help chat. Hold onto whatever receipts/papers you receive with this product, lest you fall into the predicament I am in.

This dish rack is ridiculous. It is the cheapest, most poorly made product I have ever bought on Amazon. The pieces are very bent out of shape. I had to take a pair of pliers and bend some of the pieces to even assemble it. The black coating chips off so easily. If I would have paid $20 for this I still would have thought it to be too high a price. Save your money and time.

This was the worst product I have ever purchased on Amazon! As soon as you place an item on the drying rack it tilts forward. The screws are tight and it still does this! It is not worth the headache. I would NEVER recommend this to anyone!

Love this however was missing the glass hang section. HUGE PART OF THIS PURCHASE. WASNT HAPPY and then cant get any help !!!!

I had to return the dish rack because it was defective the pieces did not fit which made it unusable very disappointed

Although this thing is handy it's simply not worth $83. It claims it's stainless steel, but it feels more like aluminum. It's pretty flimsy and cheaply put together. Some of the welding on the baskets were already broken when I received the product and the other welds don't look like they are going to hold up for long. I'd recommend this product if it was at a $40 price range, but for $83, save your money for something better.

Love this dish rack!!! It make more space so I can put more items on the counter. It is very sturdy and love how the basket can fit a lot of dishes in it. Last but not least, love how it declutter my sink which makes it look way better than before.
