Overall, not bad. Everything came working which was great, but there are some things to mention.First, I bought this to be able massage my wife’s hamstrings along with everything else which with it being the SL super long track I thought that would be the case. However, it does not reach the hamstrings, but does a great job of massaging all the way down to the butt.Second, this chair I think is a better fit for smaller individuals. My wife is 120 and 5’4 and she gets a good massage all the way to the neck. I am 5’8 and I don’t get a neck massage at all, but she feels it does a decent job on the neck as she is shorter.Third, the controller is definitely the cheapest part of this massage chair. The plastic covering is already coming apart a little, doesn’t affect the functionality, I might use some super glue to keep it together.Also, keep in mind that this chair does come from a Chinese manufacturer. So the controller is a little confusing. It has 4 auto modes but there seemed to be a manual mode as well but we couldn’t figure out how to make it work until we pressed the button labeled “Arms”. That switched it to manual mode which is quite odd. So not everything makes sense. We think the legs or calves button might be switched with another button also. But it still works, just a little wonky. It is pretty comfortable which I know cheaper massage chairs people were saying they were really painful with the little to no lining on the back. This chair though does feel comfortable which is really nice for my wife who has very sensitive chronic nerve issues.After saying all that, we are pretty happy with it, especially for getting it for $700 off down to $1,300. It’s got some cheaper components to it but that’s to be expected in getting a zero gravity chair for so little money. I hope it lasts a long time, time will tell.

The foot mechanism was broken, the build is really cheap, not a quality product. I'm so disappointed, I really was looking forward to this chair.The chair also came with the thigh pad wadded up and a bit lumpy, the same with the head pillow...I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS ITEM FOR THESE REASONS: if the build quality was better it probably could have withstood the long trip here.

this is a very nice chair. compares nice to Panasonic $6,000 dollar chair. only complaint is the control an the air pressure. the control has come unglued within one week. the air pressure is also a bit hard. overall great buy for the price.

Although I had a bit trouble with the shipping.. I am still happy with my purchase. Specially after a long of work.. well worth it for me.

I was over the moon excited to finally get a massage chair!! I was like a kid getting to go to Disney world excited!! I haven’t ever been so disappointed in a purchase before. The heat caused huge red marks on my upper arms because it was so hot!! The air squeezes so hard it’s very uncomfortable!! It came scratched.
