Do not pay extra for Expert Installation. Cut the straps, lift off the lid, lift the main box up and over the chair, step on the edge of the bottom lid to flatten it and roll the chair out. Put it in place and plug it in. Done! I am not one to read instructions first. I jump on the horse, get thrown off a couple of times and then read to see what I am doing wrong. I had to find a video online to explain the controls. The instruction book is vague. I sat in the chair and hit the power button. The chair starts in the highest intensity level. It beat the heck out of me. I was actually screaming in pain more than once. The next day my ass was actually black and blue. Program C is the best. The chair really gives you a great massage when used correctly. Don't be afraid to buy this one! Promise!

I got this chair because my brother had a similar chair that was awesome. After researching I thought this would be a good chair that was a tweener from the cheaper and more expensive models. One good thing is that the chair does not need assembly. I got it out of the box and in position rather quickly. For me the chair was a tight fit, I am a pretty big guy and am over 6 feet tall. I felt the legs could have stretched out more even though I read it was for people up to 6'3". The remote is a little tricky to get used to and the manual is made of paper. On all of the presets, the massager loves going for the butt area. It was rather annoying and unpleasant. One preset had the butt being massaged about 50% of the time. The manual controls were fine and hit the spots I needed, but I kept having to hit buttons to move it where I wanted. The airbags can get a little tight even on the lowest settings and the foot rollers began hurting pretty badly towards the end of the massage. If I had to do it again I would find a Cozzia 16027 or something of that ilk on another 3rd hand site. They are more expensive new, but man it is awesome!!!

Great product

Very limited on instructional materials. It is to have bluetooth speaker but it has no value other a beep when turned on. However under experimentation the chair performed very well.

The zipper is installed wrong on the main cover so we are not able to zip it up, the shoulder areas feel misaligned & the feet things are way to powerful, that we no longer place our feet in them as it hurts. The main massage area of the chair works great, it can go close to a wall & all in all is a good design

I use only 3 months it not working now, remote control no power and try to contact customers service but they don’t accept any way from me. No good.

Stopped working and have not been able to get ahold of anyone in customer service.
