The media could not be loaded. So hopefully I can help others with the review. To start, I did purchase one of these about 10 years ago. It was garbage. Leaked all over the place. No instructions. No tips on how to use it. I purchased the 4 btl dispenser. I was able to get one working. The whole thing was plastic EXCEPT for the ribs or the stems that hold the btl in place. That was barely working too. With that being said, fast forward to today.....It seems that there have been some improvements to actual functionality. Like the main thing it is suppose to do is dispense a liquid without leaking. My first test proved that. However, since 10 years have gone by, I have learned a few things. The black sealer (or stopper) does come off the stem of the dispenser. If you put this is hot water to make it malleable, you can insert into the bottle and THEN insert the dispenser. This in my opinion creates a better seal.The one thing that I am still disappointed in are the plastic parts. I would have paid more money to get a metal version of this with a glass dispenser instead of plastic. This is the only reason why it did not get 5 stars. I do not fault the seller for the this.Also, because I am not sure on how it gets from the seller to Amazon, I will make this a general statement. The boxes it came in looked as if they were done by children. There was a white box that was not even closed only because the top of it was mangled and ripped. This box was inside the Amazon box with twisted paper packaging. The Amazon box looked as if the top had been "squished" per say as the tape was only adhering to the left side of the flap and was completely exposing the interior. Now at first I would have thought this was due to an accident or got pushed or whatever. But the interesting part is, the tape was not broken. Its as if the flap was open partially and someone just laid tape over it and pressed against the sides. With that being said, there was a spout leg broken. Other than that, the product looks great. The previous was not considered in the overall rating. Manufactures have no control of the transit in shipping. Also, I have order more than 500 items from Amazon. This is my first shipping incident.Mounting to a wall: I would go out and get additional hardware. The hardware that is shipped with the product are good, however, I would never mount this directly to drywall. I would use a wood backer to mount to studs in the wall and then mount the product to the wood backer. So you can use the screws it comes with to mount the product to the backer board, but the hardware you use to mount the backer board to your wall should be about a 2 1/2" semi thick wood screw. (Depends on the thickness of your backer board and don't use a lag screw. That's overkill)Also, you can loosen the screws on the back of it so that you can square it up. Mine came in a little tilted and it showed. Inspect the gaskets for damage. I did this round and they were good. Overall, I feel like I will get some use out of this finally.UPDATE: 8/18/2021So if I did not mention this earlier, one of the push arms was broke on arrival. I did email the seller (Granatan) and I explained to them the product does work, but I had one arrive broken. They got back to me REALLY fast and asked my address. Gave them the info and the said it would be here Friday. Just to be clear, I did this Monday. I got my replacements Wednesday! Now thats what I call customer service. A big THANK YOU to the folks who made that possible. I was also given 2 replacements. Not saying everyone will get this, but that is what I got and I am very happy to spread the word about it. While the bar is not complete, I have submitted images and a video.I also bumped up the star rating from 4 to 5 because of the super fast responses and courtesy I was given. Thanks again.

Got this for our outdoor bar that we just finished building. Seems flimsy but sturdy enough to easily hold a 1.5 l Malibu . I did use my own wood screws to install and mounted a 1/2” piece of PT plywood directly on the hardie backer since I could not mount to tile. Will review further if it doesn’t hold up to elements.

It looks pretty awesome but not so sure about durability. The screws that it came with would not be able to hold up a full rack of bottles, so I went to home depot, got some drywall anchors with screws and hung them. Now that everything is set up....I am not sure how to get the thing to dispense the alcohol. Just a sprinkle or sometimes splash comes out. Did not come with instructions.

Exactly what I needed for my cocktail station. I mounted mine to a piece of black walnut that I mounted to the studs. For the price it’s great! Doesn’t drip after pours too which was a worry of mine. It’s not hardcore steel so just be mindful that it’s not bulletproof when pouring shots and it does a great job! Highly recommend!

Product looks awesome ! Gives our at home bar look very professional. Easy to use and install, but we had to use additional support (piece of wood) to attach to the wall.

When you put in the alcohol, the liquor drips out of the side of the faucet when not being used.

metal frame (aluminum) but the mounting "hardware" is non-functional, used my own screws in to studs and it seems to hold the weight of 4 bottles, the dispenser mechanisms are made of plastic (except for the springs it seems) and since the springs are tight it's a bit concerning to lift the bottom since the plastic bends (I use 1 hand on the glass and 1 hand to lift while my thumb holds the "plastic mount" from bendingAs stated functional but 3 stars is the best I can do, IF the dispensers were made of metal it would easily be 5 stars

This was a gift for my Husband, and he loved it. Very easy to set up. We added an extra piece of wood on the wall and then put it on the wood.

Bought this dispenser to replace a much older unit. This one appears "flimsy" and constructed of plastic. I'm afraid to fill with liquid as it doesn't look strong enough to support the bottles. I finally took some parts I needed to refurbish my older unit.
