To start with, the taste of this formula is horrible. I abided by the suggested serving size and waited 30 min to start my workout. My legs felt like I had two concrete cinder blocks instead of feet and there was no noticeable benefit from consuming this crap. Do not buy this stuff, a total waste of money.

I looooove this pre workout!!!For starters, the flavor is decent. Not "fruit punch" persay, but it's fruity, almost a bit more melony than Hawaiian Punch.But damn, it kicks in right away. The energy is one thing, but it definitely also increases your stamina and endurance. I only take half a scoop - the full one makes me feel crazy lol. The instructions say to take half a scoop as well to start with, and move up from there.If you have heart issues or blood pressure issues you should NOT be taking pre workout mixes at all, that's just common sense imo. This is strong stuff and only for people looking to actually spend 2-3 hours working out.
