It's a nice looking bike. It's sturdy. If I had purchased sooner I would have gotten a better price. This season the price for bikes has been constantly escalating, and then they are quickly becoming unavailable. In this respect, I'm glad I got it when I did.

Overall the bike is very good for the money. The reasons I didn’t give it a 5 are because other similar bikes were less, the handlebar fit, and the gear shift is a little difficult for a kid. I bought this during SIP and the other bikes I was considering were sold out.The problem with the handle bars is the little tension piece that inserts before the neck. It is slightly larger than the opening, but it’s supposed to be tight and I think the cut on the top of the forks is a little roughed up. A little filing on the inside of the forks and a few good taps with a non-metal mallet on the neck did the trick. Yes, you shouldn’t have to do this but not worth sending back in my opinion.My 6 year old absolutely loves this bike. He was riding a 12” before and this is his first geared bike with hand breaks. One of the big reasons I chose this bike was because the low height of the seat post which allows a little guy to get on and off. It’s a little big overall for him but he has risen to the challenge and will grow into it. The components are pretty typical for lower end bikes, but much better than they were when I was a kid. 9 straight days of bike riding has done the trick. Get the kid out of the house. And he says it looks good.

The chain kept falling The first day riding it so we took it in to a bike shops to see if something was wrong before we send it back. Come to find out the sprocket came broken straight out the box. It cost me $36 to replace and fix. Instead of returning it and having to wait days for my son to get a replacement. Not good that I had to spend $ to repair something brand new.

Great bike after having a 14’’ bike for a 7 year old. The bike is solidly constructed, high quality materials, contacted customer service regarding a question which was rapidly solved.

Bike did not last 6 months. Multiple components and parts have fallen off or broken. The gear function no longer works. I have replaced the brakes after the original set failed. Dangerous and unreliable. Would not recommend.

I was very disappointed to see that the seat and post was missing.... Also, the front brake wasn't properly calibrated. I had to take out washers to space it better so the wheel would spin properly.
