Helps with blood sugar dawn effect
This is a great tasting Morninga tea. I find when I drink a cup before bedtime the.dawn effect on my blood sugar is reduced. I did start by steeping the tea for only five minutes when I first started taking it to allow my body to get used to it but now I can steep the tea for longer. This may not help everyone but if you are trying to reduce your fasting blood sugar numbers this is worth a try.

Very refreshing tea!
Absolutely love this Moringa tea, it’s fresh & has a slightly sweet aroma. It’s become my favorite tea to drink at lunch or dinner or just sip while relaxing. I don’t add anything to mine, but my son enjoys it with a little almond milk.
