This book is a must for anyone new to wood burning and pyrography! Yes.. the proper term is pyrography! I have been a huge fan of this author and her work for several years. This book covers equipment types, safety considerations, professional tips and techniques, and much more! In the future I plan to teach pyrography classes to small groups of new artists, and this book will be a mandatory asset for any student taking my class. This little book has EVERYTHING I would want to include in a beginner's class. In my class it will be the first thing we do; read through it cover to cover!

Loaded with information , but no sample projects

I read it in like 10 min. It has some good basic info but not in enough detail, nothing that I did not read on any pyrography related website. If I seen it in the shop before purchasing, I would not bought it.

this a booklet, which is nicley done, this tiny format, is not a book and as such it is over priced !
