Tried in seltzer. Sooo good I just ordered 10 more!!
If you’re trying to drink more water, TRY THIS!!! I once had a 4 pack of lightly sweetened vanilla sparkling water in glass bottles. I’ve never been able to find it again.Considering the cost of that water, I’m not mad about it since finding this vanilla & vanillin flavoring.I ordered 2 bottles based on the reviews alone. Let me say this does not disappoint.I had added some vanilla syrup to Seltzer but the citric acid makes it taste weird plus you have to be careful as you can easily end up with more calories than normal soda when using syrup so if your goal is to drink more water & cut out soda, you’re not really improving much.Fast forward to this Molani flavoring… it smells & TASTES so so good. Instantly made the seltzer with the syrup taste so much better.Amazing added in Coke (bc I never said I was giving up soda altogether… lol) but Vanilla Coke only comes in cans so it’s far more expensive (but I love it!)Most flavored water is sweetened with artificial sweeteners that will trigger my migraines. With this, I can add just the flavoring or add in some monkfruit/allulose to sweeten.Put it this was… I just ordered 10 more bottles it tastes so good.Had never seen or heard of this brand before. Thanks, Amazon!!

10/10! Super good!!
Me and my siblings love baking together, and this has got to be the best vanilla extract we have used in our kitchen. First off I used this to make some crepes with my family and all I have to say is that the aroma of this vanilla extract is amazing and it adds such a rich taste to anything that it’s added into, this is definitely going to be my go to when it comes to baking things such as cookies from now on. 10/10 definitely recommend!!

Very good flavor, but a little weak; excellent value
This has surprisingly good flavor -- way better than I expected given how inexpensive it is. It is a bit weaker than a true vanilla extract, but even with needing to add 50% more to get a good vanilla flavor to come through in some baked goods, it's still way cheaper than a true vanilla extract, and even cheaper than many artificial vanilla extracts that don't taste nearly as good as this.Great value for the price -- five stars

Tastes more like real vanilla in brewed/baked goods.
I set up my son's coffee maker e/ night for him to just hit the "On" button in the dawn darkness. It's my way of saying, "Good morning!" w/out being able to get up.Part of this ritual is flavoring the coffee. I add salt & gd Saigon cinnamon to the grd coffee (he grinds the beans @ Costco), then add the vanilla to the carafe. All this usually between 11p & 1a. He's downstairs by 5 - 515a. He works outdoors so his hot coffee, which he used to buy @ his fave gas stn, is now at his fingertips, & delicious, he says. It takes me no more than 5 mins to set up, and THIS vanilla is the perfect flavor.I went through several, including the real, organic, stuff sold @ Costco. But nothing really survived the coffee maker's process. And we go cheap: it's a regular drip machine that only makes 5 6-oz cups! Once he serves his own, he turns the machine off, & it sits & cools until I get my own, maybe 4 hrs later. What I found is that this brand is a mix of vanillin, the artificial vanilla flavor, AND real vanilla extract from a variety of vanilla beans. You could say that's cheating, but I'd call that being ingenious. It's what I do when I cook. If I don't have a particular ingredient, I improvise to achieve my flavor profile. One last thing: the alcohol content of this brand vs the "real" stuff. I think the reason it works so well in my brewed coffeemaker is that the alcohol content is only 11% vs 30% in the real stuff.Bc it sits several hrs in the bottom of the carafe, then the hot brew hits it, a part of the alcohol gets cooked/evaporated, & what remains doesn't have much impact on the coffee flavor. These 2 bottles, 8oz e/, last @ least 2 - 2½ months, maybe less depending on my grands who also like a ¼ c of coffee in their milk when they're here on the weekends. It's not much, granted, but they like to drop a bit of extra vanilla in their cups too. And then e/ blue moon, my son bakes cupcakes or a cake ... And they all reach for THIS vanilla, not the real stuff. If THAT isn't an endorsement, I wouldn't be buying this for the 3rd time in 8 months.

Gotta get this!
I use it for homemade ice cream. Compared to much, much more expensive organic, all natural vanilla been extract, this is just as good for a fraction of the cost.

Smells fantastic
This is the best smelling and tasting vanilla I have ever had. I used it in my cold brew coffee to infuse the coffee with vanilla. I also used it as my perfume with a carrier oil. I smell edible! I haven't cooked with it yet or made a milkshake. Will update after I bake. The price is awesome and the taste is even better. Highly recommend!

Great product.
Love this. I don't just use it in baking but use it in my coffee, tea, protein smoothie, etc. It adds a lot.
