Great quality couscous
Lovely couscous for such a good price. It cooks well and is delicious in salads. I will surely buy again.

Very short use by dated
Love the price and the convenience of buying in bulk. I use it to cook a gorgeously tasty tomato and couscous salad (Love and Lemons site).What I did not love was the short use by date: the couscous arrived just 8 days before the use by month! The suppler couldn’t care less: “It’s just a guideline”.I feel strongly that this way information should be available to potential buyers, and that Amazon should help to enforce it.
