You can put any liquid inside of it, we like to say, "if you can think it, you can drink it." if the liquid is chilled before entering the bottle, it will remain chilled for approximately 14 hours (without ice). if you put ice inside the bottle, the ice will stay frozen for up to 24 hours, ensuring your liquid is icy cold for up to 24 hours.
