Huge difference to creams and lotions - Works when nothing else does
The skin on my hand is constantly red and cracking. The doctor said it was eczema but the prescribed cream does not work except to stop the itching. This balm works amazing! It's oily and melts to the touch, but covers well and lasts long. This is best right before bed because you don't want to go touching stuff while it's soaking. It smells like incense which I love. It's important to note that all lotions are basically the same, they are best when they lock in moisture and different types are just a matter of preference. This balm is such a huge difference to creams and lotions which is what I needed. I like to use a thick lotion to keep the moisture locked in and after that has completely soaked in, I rub the Therapeutic Balm in slow circles making sure to get a light coat on all problem areas. Then, I cover my hands in clean cotton gloves over night. In the morning my hands are softer than they have ever been before and, since starting this routine a week ago, I've had no problems with flaking or cracking and the redness has gone way down.

Stinks like a horny polecat, works like a miracle on cracked and callused feet.
Ok, listen up.. if you're buying this and you don't know what tea tree oil smells like, do some homework first. It's not an entirely offensive odour, but it's very definitely a strong, sharp smell. It's almost eldritch, this smell, and hard to believe it is found in nature and not created in a chemical laboratory somewhere. This balm, however, works BEAUTIFULLY on cracked and callused feet, elbows, knees, and chapped hands. Using it inside clean white cotton socks/gloves will completely rehabilitate even the roughest of skin. This plus a pumice stone will have you feeling all manner of baby bottom soft.I am docking them one star for the slightly deceptive picture. They make it look like it's a good sized jar of balm - it's not. It's a very, very small jar. I have some lip balms that are in bigger jars, is what I mean by small jar. Other than their deceptive perspective on the picture, the product itself is great. I'm just not sure I'd have paid this much for such a small amount.

Great salve
I recently purchased my second jar of this. I was skeptical at first because although I like tea tree products, they can be pretty strong smelling at times.I found that this item had a slight scent of tea tree oil but it was not overbearing at all.It is very soft and it rubs into the skin nicely. It works great on blemishes, cuts, etc. I have used it for about 6 months now and I can say that it definitely helps avoid scarring.

Tea Tree Oil Balm with Neem Oil
I bought this in hopes that it would stop the itchy skin I've been suffering from for the past several years. The pills the doc prescribed worked, but I just hate taking pills, especially after reading their contraindication sheets! It's a wonder any of us survive modern medicine. The OTC lotions the dermatologist recommended either didn't work, felt greasy (ICK), or I had an allergic reaction to it because I must be an E.T. accidentally left here by my people long ago as I'm freakin' allergic to everything on this hostile but beautiful little planet! So, I started out using it in the crook of my elbow to test for allergic reactions to the ingredients. None, so far so good. Next, I try it on my itchy arms. Still no reactions. YEAH!!! Now I feel safe enough to try it everywhere! I love the slight tingle it makes for a short time. It has helped a LOT with my itchy skin. My ONLY GRIPE is I wish, wish, wish THEY MADE IT IN A GIANT VASELINE SIZE JAR (FOR THE πSAME PRICEπ€) AS I WILL BE GOING THROUGH THIS FAST!!! ITCHY SKIN ALL OVER JUST USES MORE!!!!I β€ππππππππβ€ it!FANTASTIC product and really will STOP the itching!

Still using... smell is so repulsive!!!!!
Ok, so everyone saying this smells amazing... did I get a bad batch? This smells just like gasoline. I mean, really repugnant is the best word I can think of. I know what tea tree oil smells like and like it. This smells nothing like that!!! I'm still using it hoping it will cure my skin issue, but man the smell is so gross

BEST APPLIED AFTER SHOWER AND SKIN IS DRY
I've had groin rash issues for years. Doctor said it is because of the way I am built. My body tends to compress at the hips and my groin and butt cheeks are slammed together fairly tight. When I sit for long time I feel the heat - and sleeping requires a pillow between my legs to ventilate. I wake up with moderate redness and extreme itching if I don't do this. I have clawed myself to death over it and tried many products. Having used two jars of Theratree Balm here is my review:Best applied after hot scrubby shower, as hot as you can stand it. Use loufah and grind away at your crotch with body wash. Get into this habit. Finish with cold water to kill the heat residue - so you don't sweat afterwards. Jump in shower whenever you feel the burn and do the crotch scrub routine. It's half a shower and takes only five minutes. Then fully dry your groin area. Lie flat on a bed under a fan naked if you must - but dry it completely before application for best results. Then use two fingertips to scrape a little on both fingers. Begin to swirl it onto the skin of the affected area. Reverse the swirl to get into the cracks of the skin. You need penetration and this is how you get it. The dry clean skin will soak it up. Then put on clean underwear and wear light clothing at home. You want maximum ventilation of affected area as often as you can get away with it. Change underwear multiple times per day and notice inflammation reduces because the clean fabric absorbs moisture and heat.Apply before bed and in morning - and try to scrub beforehand for maximum effect. Try not to cross your legs when you sit. Using the balm as indicated did knock out the inflammation entirely over the course of just a week or so. Hygiene is part of the problem - so please take my advice. Good Luck.
