I love this body wash! I've avoided soaps/body washes for years because they dry my skin, but this one actually makes my aging skin feel healthier! The product alone would get 5 startsThe only concern I had is that the plastic bottle came in just a plastic bag, which came open in transit (maybe too small for the bottle?). The post office put a rubber band around it so it didn't fall out, but the bottle itself had scuff marks from its passage through the mails. Fortunately it didn't open or get punctured, but it's an accident waiting to happen.
