ZumbaIncredible Results Weight Loss Dance Workout DVD System

Easy to follow, really enjoyable.

Me gustaron, muy bien dirigidos los entrenamientos, el que más me gustó es el de zumba step, excelente!

You really get a lot in this pack. I was kind of impressed. I wasn't sure what I would get. I've never done Zumba or any dance workout, but thought it might be a fun way to workout. I am just starting to try to work out after a long time of not working out. I just basically looked through the list of workout DVDs on Amazon and picked one, hoping it would end up being something halfway decent. It actually really looks good. I just received this today and sat and watched some of the videos tonight.There are multiple workouts, some using a step and some not. There is an ab workout and a live dance workout that has a big group of people. There are a couple of other workouts that have instructors with a few people in a studio. I did a little of the ab workout and loved it. I'm excited to get started with this.I did order a rectangular step to use with this, but saw in the videos that the instructors use a round step for these classes. I don't know if it makes any difference whether the step is round or rectangular, but just FYI if you are going to order one. I'm going to give it a go with the step I ordered. (You don't need a step for all the workouts. I know there is at least one that uses the step, but I can't remember if there is more than one. There are some workouts in the DVD pack without a step.)You also get what looks to be a pretty good little recipe booklet along with the DVDs. I will say that the workouts look pretty challenging, but that's ok by me. I won't be able to do them all in the beginning, but I didn't want to get something so easy that I would be bored with it in a week. I will probably have to start out with a few minutes a day and work up to a longer period of time doing the workouts. But I'm really pretty excited that this turned out to be a good purchase.

I had a friend say she had a zumba DVD so decided to give it a try. I have been using DVDs to exercise for many years I wanted a change. I liked the idea of the step because I am 62 years old and do not want to lose my balance which is common as you get older. I thought the step would help me with that. I LOVE the routines. The instruction video was very helpful as they go very slow to learn the moves. Of all the different types of exercises I have done, this is the most fun--I love the 15 minute routines--it is easy to fit one in for the day. The short variety of dances makes the time go by quickly. There are times when I start getting tired and then slow down to make sure I don't fall when they do the jumping up on the step just to be safe, but I feel so good that I CAN jump up on it. Great exercise to stay feeling young.

Esta bastante bien porque lo puedes poner en español puedes hacer cardio, glúteos etc... el step que viene adjunto es un poco grande pero esta bastante bien se fija al suelo y no se desliza.
