Q: I bought one and it dried but there seems to be a permanent half dried stain on it even after I washed it like the directions said on the back.

It did state that if you end up getting shampoo or detergent directly on the matt it would permanently stain the matt.

Q: The dimensions states that it is 2 inches wide. I assume this is wrong. What are the proper dimensions?

Around 36" x 24". It is paper thin

Q: Is this foam? I want to use it as a bath mat.

No its not foam it’s more like really thin cardboard poster type material would only work as a bath Matt for a couple of uses hope this helps
