Artisan miso
Very special and unique miso. Taste wise, it is medium and close to awase miso, which is a mix of white and red miso. It is quite sweet and flavoursome, and not too strong. Makes very nice ramen soup. I like it on its own, with a sprinkle of wakame, or with fresh chives and soft boiled egg. This is an artisan miso, which is reflected in the price versus quantity, this is to be expected of a high quality genuine handmade product. Definitely recommend any miso lovers to try this one ;)

Super Miso and packaging Vegan Staple
Highly recommend this great quality miso, that keeps well in this unique packing. Tastes like a gold quality miso, smooth and sweet. Delicious! Add to soups and stocks, dressings or savoury bakes, or drink alone with hot water. Vegan staple.
