This pan can't be used for high temperatures?
This pan looks nice. I do like it, but I don't understand why Amazon describes it as ideal for stir frying & deep frying...the instructions state in BOLD:ONLY LOW OR MEDIUM TEMPERATURE RECOMMENDED. Huh? This pan can't be used for high temperatures? Not even on an induction cooktop? I'm hesitant to use it. I don't understand this. By the way - I didn't see 'made in India', but there's a web address with India something or other printed on the box.
