It’s been a couple days since I started taking product. Product have great benefits but I have not noticed anything as of yet. The taste is good, somewhat like raw honey but the black pepper extract take over the taste just a little bit. It’s well worth the buy for the benefits.UPDATE:While taking these gummies I ended up with blisters in my mouth. I’ve never had issues with my mouth and the only thing that changed was the adding of the gummies so I stopped taking them. After two days of taking the gummies no more blisters and the few that I had went away. It may have been due to the black pepper extract but not positive. Will be returning.

I have only been taking these for 10 days or so, but I can tell that my sleep is improved. It makes me very sleepy, so the struggle now is to find the perfect time of day to take it. Morning time leaves me sleepy all day, and taking it before bed still leaves me groggy in the morning. So now I am taking it around 6 or 7pm, and may need to adjust the timing again. Due to the pepper taste, I only take one gummie per day. Two of them left too much of a peppery taste in my mouth - - for my preference anyway. And I find taking only one gummie still works!The main reason I started taking this was to help with my hot flashes since I read somewhere that some people find relief with ashwagandha. And I have to say, they are already greatly reduced! I am very happy with this supplement so far.

I've tried a few brands of ashwagandha gummies. This is the best tasting brand I've had. They aren't too sweet and they have more flavor than the others. Most taste like sugar, but these have a full flavor with an hint of spice. I really like them. I feel more calm and relaxed before bed when I take them. 100% recommend.

Calms me down and helps me sleep though not all of the time does it help.

My son wasn't to fond of the pineapple flavor gummies bears. Definitely not worth the money spent for the quality you get. Does not help with sleep. Then again my son is ADHD. Did not help with his stress and anxiety or sleep quality. Not worth buying in my opinion.

I've only been taking these for a few days, so I'm not as informed as I will be after a bit longer.I do enjoy the flavor quite a lot! To me, they taste very natural and the added black pepper gives them a noticeable kick, which I love. They are smaller than I expected and easy to consume.That's all I know for sure at this point. I'll update my review if my current opinion, which is high, changes for any reason.

I really liked these. Unfortunately when I went to purchase more on Amazon they didn’t have them anymore. The flavor is really good too. I would definitely purchase again.
