It has a very light taste, I had to steep mine longer than what the package said to get flavor. The leaves are very fine and will go through a normal tea ball, I suggest buying bags or using a fine strainer. Not horrible, not my favorite.

My wife liked this tea the first time I ordered some for her, so this time I ordered two more bags. She says it makes her feel more energetic.
