The bow tie sizes are as follows: Infant - 3 yrs: 3.5" x 2" 4 yrs - 5ft: 4" x 2.25" 5 ft - Adult: 4.25" x 2.75" The elastic neckties are extremely adjustable. We have sold thousands of sets and yet to have a fitting issue. The suspenders are extremely adjustable as well & will fit a larger range of ages than even specified.
