Easy way to add calcium to your diet

Just recently diagnosed with osteoporosis. I thought I would try this supplement because it includes both D3 and K2 which are supposed to help with absorption. I have only been taking these for three weeks and I have not noticed any difference but I don’t know that I will- not until the next dexa scan. I have not had any adverse reaction and I take three a day with meals. I have read that the body can’t absorb more than 500 mgs at one setting so it’s important to space them out during the day.

I bought these after fracturing my ankle to help speed healing. It seemed to make a difference as I went into a boot quicker than doctor thought I would. Also, my fingernails have never been this strong and my hair is thicker and fuller. Am going to keep taking these to help with bone density and nail strength.

I have purchased this supplement 2 twice already and going for the 3rd bottle. I love this product! It truly has helped me tremendously especially on both of my knees pains and on my lower back and spine and other stiffness muscle and joints. While in my mid 40s' about a few years back, I was diagnosed with sacroiliac joint dysfunction (SI Joint Pain) and osteoarthritis and fibromayglia. I can honestly say that I feel a whole lot better than ever before. I couldn't barely work, stand and while sitting I've suffered a lot of aches and severe chronic joint pains. With the prescribed pain medications that I take daily, I still needed more pain relief in order to help me feel like myself again.

these are ok. will look for vitamins that work a bit better. I have osteoporosis and figured these would at least help. not so much. but I would recommend that we ladies keep up with our calcium & vitamins d intake. these will work for those who don't have a deficiency. I have a deficiency.
