ich habe mir beide Bücher bestellt Trust & Inspire = Speed of TrustDer Inhalt ist fast identisch und sogar die Storys sind in beiden Büchen die selbeSpeed of Trust ist definitiv das bessere Buch.Gerade Trust & Inspire fühlt sich so an als möchte der Autor unbedingt 300 Seiten füllen.Ich rede nicht von wichtigen Wiederholungen, sondern einfach wertlosen Zeilen Inhalt und man fragt sich ständig "Kommt da jetzt noch was oder breche ich ab".

Stephen provided a structure to the concepts that I felt I knew but wasn't able to put them together. The strucured way of thinking provided me greater insights to the concepts of Trust & Inspire.

Just finished Stephen M.R. Covey’s "Trust & Inspire" for our Andesa Services book club.Covey makes a compelling case that the demands of today's evolving work environment requires a new model of leadership that prioritizes trust and inspiration over traditional hierarchy found in a command and control approach"Trust & Inspire" is practical and offers an actionable framework and tools. His use of real-world examples and anecdotes makes the book relatable and engaging. By emphasizing the importance of viewing employees as creative, capable individuals rather than mere resources to be managed, Covey provides a refreshing perspective that aligns closely with the principles of servant leadership.In addition to corporate leadership. Covey also effectively illustrates how this leadership approach can apply in education, coaching, and parenting.While the vision is inspiring and the anecdotes support the themes, I would have benefitted from more case studies demonstrating how individuals or organizations have successfully made this shift.I would recommend "Trust & Inspire" to any leader committed to driving positive change in their organization.  Check it out!!
