The umbrella is sturdy and well made, not yet had a chance to use it due to bad weather. The only negative is that I ordered Green but the umbrella that I received was Taupe. As I couldn't be bothered to return such a large and bulky item I have kept it.

This is a very sturdy and well built parasol. The struts and poles are of a much higher quality than others I have seen and the crank handle works very smoothly. I haven't been able to try the tilt function as the weather has been too windy but, again, the mechanism seems well designed. The parasol is very high and I will need to use a step stool to reach the tilt mechanism but, then, I'm not very tall. I do think you will need a heavy base with this parasol, particularly in breezy weather, otherwise it will tip over. The suppliers are very anxious to please and I would definitely use them again.

Not as sturdy or as good a quality as expected.

I could not find a parasol anywhere due to looking late in the summer season. However, I looked on Amazon and found this parasol for £50. Great quality parasol, it looks very sophisticated and is a good size. It is easy to put up and the winding handle works well. I ordered it and it came the next morning at 9am. Very happy with my purchase.

The umbrella was as described and covered a larger area than I thought it would.Quality seems good for the price .

HelloI have today received your umbrella. Despite you saying 'base can be filled with sand' there isn't a base!So I can't stand this up at all!Please can you let me know why this doesn't come with a base - even though the picture show one?Disappointed :O(Sarah

Good size parasol. Easy to assemble and light to carry. Seems good quality. Pleased with purchase.

Purchase the garden parasol and because of our funny weather I have only used it once.Really pleased with my purchase ( the one time I actually used it) came before delivery date and would definitely buy and recommend you.
