I really like these because they taste good and have the same adaptogen benefit s Ryze coffee, which I couldn’t keep drinking because it was just too earthy tasting. I feel these help me focus and stabilize my energy. They also don’t bake me feel jittery.

First few days I thought it was a sham. 8 days in and I can’t sit still, which is a good thing. I bought these to help keep my mind awake and a bit more focused. Today it’s almost 1pm and I worked the morning and got into the zone fairly easily. After work I am looking for the next chore or activity and get twitchy thinking about my Lazyboy chair. I take recommended dose with a vitamin B-12 every day. Not a caffeine jolt affect but rather a longevity of energy throughout my day. No longer need a 2o’clock nap. If you miss a day, you will feel a difference. I experienced no side effects. Absolutely love these.
