Sheets are too thin for what I use them for (mostly as a replacement for non-stick foil). Will go back to the Reynolds Original Parchment Paper rolls. If there is even a hint of grease in whatever you're baking it soaks right through.

Pretty lousy quality paper
Agree with other negative posters: Pretty lousy quality paper. Even 30 minutes at 350 and it begins ashing. I only bought it because my grocery store stopped carrying Reynolds precut sheets, which are really great; I'm going to throw these out and try a different brand. Bottom Line: Don't buy this product.

WORST PARCHMENT PAPER EVER!
The parchment paper I received is not even close to 'PREMIUM" quality. I have used this paper on cookies, lemon bars, a beef roast, and chicken. It failed miserably every time I used it! I am throwing the entire package in the trash and going to the restaurant supply store for the really good paper! I don't care how much more it costs! These sheets are WAY too thin. Baked chicken wings - with the skin on it STUCK TO THE PAPER! Completely useless! The paper is actually absorbent ! Parchment paper is NOT supposed to be absorbent! WORST PARCHMENT PAPER EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll never buy another roll of parchment paper.
The pre-cut sheets are so much easier to use than the parchment paper that comes in rolls It's a real pain to use the rolled stuff that won't lie flat. This size fits my half-sheet pans well. When using them in my quarter-sheet pans, I just fold them over. I guess I could cut them in half, but I'm kind of thrifty with my energy use (some people might call that lazy).

It is the worst parchment paper I've ever used
I am surprised this parchment paper got any 5 star reviews. It is the worst parchment paper I've ever used. The oil/grease seeps right though so you still have to wash the container. Parchment paper is not supposed to be absorbent and they clearly state that it is not absorbent so this is misleading. I am very disappointed and sorry I bought this product, especially since I am stuck with 100 sheets!

Very useful!
Excellent for use in painting to keep palettes wet for long periods of time (with wet paper towel underneath, using two cafeteria lunch trays). These are just the right thickness to let some moisture through to keep paints wet enough for use. These work much better than the store bought rolls of parchment paper.
