Great tasting coffee
I thought I had ordered the whole bean but apparently made a mistake. I emailed Alex to ask about exchanging it. He got back with me quickly, and while I cannot exchange for food safety reasons, the customer service was good and responsive. The coffee is still great. I've used it for iced coffee concentrate and placed a new order for the whole bean. If you're looking for a great low acid coffee, I highly recommend Simpatico! Its delicious, affordable and doesn't upset my stomach in the least!

Delicious!
Since I've been quarantined I have been drinking more coffee than usual. My stomach was bothering me due to the acid in the coffee. I researched and found Simpatico which had good reviews and so glad I purchased. It tastes so good and smooth!!! Also, I no longer have any stomach pains. This will be my new coffee to purchase!

Better than a lot of coffee that's not low-acid.
Excellent coffee for low acid. I prefer the dark roast over this kind, but that's just a personal preference. If you like a medium roast coffee, I recommend this.
