Omg!! These things are awesome. I microwaved them for 1 min 30 seconds. That was way too hot so I waited for them to cool down. I'm feeling super relaxed. My legs feel tingling. So glad I purchase these!! **they are very large so both me & my husband can use them

I immediately unpacked these foot blocks. They were tightly and well packed. I followed the directions exactly on how to use them. I immediately felt relaxed while I knew the detoxing was taking place. I feel even better than normal the next day. I was going to put them away in the box but decided to keep them out to use weekly and also help the air by keeping them out in the open.

These work. If you use before bed for 20 minutes you'll get up to visit the restroom a few times to detox. So I think they work.

They have added a great start to my healing business. I personally use them for detoxing and leg cramps.

We bought this for all of our adult children. We like ours so much, we wanted to share. I do wish they would make them a little thicker.

These things are great. I purchased these for a friend and she puts em on her couch and lays down and puts her feet on them. They are big solid chunks carved out like feet. They are not thin either, they are about an inch thick. She likes em, and well, that's all that matters.

I was SO excited to try this product after reading all the positive reviews and waited expectantly for a week for the product to arrive. Unfortunately, one of the blocks arrived completely broken in half. When I picked up the second block to put it back in the box to pack and send back, the second block broke in half in my hand just from picking it up. Very disappointed.

got for daughter and she raved how much these blocks helped her. will be getting some for myself as well.
