Works but if you’re actually on the heavier side and you’ve got to stick to the diet of 1200
This stuff works. Maybe depending on how much weight you’ve got. Because I only lost 14 lbs in a month that was with proper diet way above and beyond I cut out carbs completely ate vegetables and fruits and nuts. Didn’t eat any bread or rice. No sugar was slipped into my diet. I used this in conjunction with rejuvenix pills and the smoothies. I went from 192 to 170 within my 3rd time around trying it. It’s a slower process when you’re on the lean side. I worked out 3x a week cardio mostly 3-4 miles along with weight training exercises. It only promotes healthy weight loss.

It is important that drops are natural
I am happy with the drops. The drops does not close your appetite for complete but , yes, prevent from snacking.
