Good quality
Easy to put together, I was using it within five minutes of opening the box. The two spare mop heads are excellent value for money.

Useful floor cleaner
Great cleaning pad plus extras. They fit well and wash well. The spray is brilliant, it doesn’t wet the floor to much so drying is fast. Only criticism is the handle is a bit flimsy so don’t know how long it will last. I only use it on the hall and kitchen floors so this is ok. Heavy use may break it quickly. A shame because it’s a good piece of kit.

Good for mopping laminate and ceramic floors
Brilliant product. Tried lots of mops and this is by far the best. Easy to assemble and use. The cloths are washable so no need to keep buying. Recommended this to my mum who has also bought one.

It broke after maybe 10 uses
A piece of plastic snapped off at the business end and now the head falls off easily, as well as the mop turning more than it should. A shame, I may be heavy handed and push faster but I want the mop to keep up with me and it just failed without real punishment. A shame, I will look for the spare broken piece but it is not a thing I expect them to supply, despite the fact that it is a separate piece.

Easy and so light
Great mop everrrrr!! Does the job and leaves put hassle of having to "squeeze and mop" kinda days. No leakage from bottle. Fluffy n cool. Easy to wash in w/machine!
