This stuff was more like a placebo effect on the mind. I liked it but not sure,it was worth it and i didn't lose weight but i didd lose inches and that's MORE important to me.This replaced my starbuck's and this was better for me than all that dairy&sugar. This stuff made me talk non-stop!!! lolMy friends always asked if i took my coffee beans because i never shut up!!!! HAHAHAHA!This was definitely a side effect and kinda hard to sleep. But that didn't bother me or stop me from taking it. I say give it a try. I had no real side effects like racing heart beat,jitters,stomach crampsdizziness,headaches and vomiting. I did get diarrhea(tmi) but it's the caffeine ripping the lining of the stomach.lol.I am going to order some more. I miss the banter and the energy i felt while taking these magic beans. HARDLY MAGIC BUTWorked for me and inches on my waist.

Actually, I am a 65 year old woman. I am in good health and blessed with good genes. I have found after 4 months of taking your Omega Soul Green Coffee Bean extract, I have actually lost weight! Now, there are things I do. After taking my supplement with water, I wait one half to one hour before consuming. Secondly have found in doing that I can consume and feel full after a shorter period of time. This product is not a miracle. I used it with the Garcinia, a simple diet( oatmeal or similar for breakfast, salad for lunch, fish and veggies for dinner) and 20 minute workout 3-4x a week. Feb-April went from 238-208. April - June went down to 197lbs. Drop slower now due to increase in muscle mass. Pants size went from 40 to 34. If you are not ready to do a little work maybe lipo surgery is your route, but even that is temporary with no will power.NOTE: A salad should not be a sub without bread. No meat, no cheese, no god awful ranch on it. Use low fat dressing and try kale or spinach leaves. Good luck to all.

My doctor recommended that I try Green Coffee Bean Extract to help me diet. He said Dr. Oz recommended it. I looked for it on Amazon.com and purchased the Omega Soul brand. Later, I happened to catch the Dr. Oz show where he recommended GCB extract. He had given half of his audience a placebo and half the GCB pill and had them continue to eat the way they were eating but to just take the pills and keep a food diary. After two weeks, the half of the audience on a placebo lost 40 lbs. and half on the GCB extract lost 80 lbs. He said not just any brand will do. The label should say:GCA or SVEOLat least 45% chlorogenic acid400 mg capsules (can be higher but at least 400 mg)Zero fillers, zero binders, zero artificial ingredientsI wrote down what he said, then got my bottle of Omega Soul GCB extract and it meets or exceeds what Dr. Oz recommends (50% chlorogenic acid, 800 mg capsules). And I should mention that there's very little caffeine in them so they won't make you jittery or keep you up at night. My only issue is that I can't always remember to take them 30 minutes before meals so I'm going to have to work on that, but I am going to continue to use them.

OK, sure it helps me feel fuller and have a bit more energy... BUT it make me very emotionally unstable. I feel very empty, exhausted (mentally), and sad for no reason. I started taking this for about a week last December, and stopped because of that. Then I tried again last week and within the first two days of taking them, it made me feel the same way. Not sure if I'm the only one it affects like this. But if you're cool with feeling emotionally bad while feeling physically good, then try it! haha..

I have used these pills for 6 months straight at least one a day if not two depending on what I am eating. I am on a low carb diet and want to maintain my weight if I choose to eat something carb loaded. These pills have kept me from gaining excess weight when I indulge. I am sensitive to caffeine, but have never once experiences any issues with these. Love them!!

I started using this product to address a craving/low energy cycle I was experiencing due to another health issue. This product helped me slash cravings and increased my energy so I could get through my day and go to the gym. I didn't experience any weight loss, but I didn't have any weight gain that I was previously having from the health issue. Now that I have the other issue addressed, I am looking forward to what this product can really help me accomplish is 2014 :-)
