Flimsy at best
These stands were a disappointment. They are quite flimsy and the mic kept rotating downward. They do not look as if they will hold up well, especially if they have to travel from site to site.

Good stands
Nice heavy stands. Well constructed. Worth forking over a few extra bucks. These will last a long time and handle heavy use. Buying two saves you a couple of shekels. Go ahead. Buy these.

Excellent Quality. I bought cheaper stands in the past just to be disappointed when they failed me. These don't fail.

It is very sturdy and it folds for an easy transport
If you are thinking of having an ambient filter on your mic stand, this is one of the few that i had found strong enough to hold one. It is very sturdy and it folds for an easy transport. I have currently been using my Dr Pro mic stand for 3 years now for recording vocals and will probably be the only one i ever need.
