I use this in my coffee every day. I have been for a few months. I can’t say for sure if it’s helped my skin. It needs ALOT of help. My nails and hair have definitely got stronger. I feel like my joints hurt a little less. The best thing is I’ve tried several collagen supplements and they taste terrible. This one I can’t taste at all.

Great way to help your nails, skin and hair get the nutrients they need. Just add to liquid of your choice, mix and drink.

The product dissolves completely in liquid. I made the purchase thinking I would see better results but it seemed the same as the regular product and paid more for less.

I got the "unflavored" version. Doesn't dissolve as easily as the other regular vital proteins. And it has a gross undertaste to it that the other didn't. If you are putting it in something highly flavored or sweet, it'll probably be tolerable, but I tried to drink it in black coffee. I don't recommend that.

The smell & taste was horrible. Part of it didn't dissolve in my coffee and it became a hard clump.

This product works very well and the taste isn’t too bad, I usually pair it with some sort of juice
