Solved Bass and Buzzing from Tweeters
I upgraded my dash tweeters with new Hertz DCX 87.3 tweeters. My factory uconnect stereo was making them produce a ton of bass. One of the speakers had a slight buzz-like distortion during spoken podcasts and I was worried that new tweeter was already blown. After a bit of research I found it was likely due to the frequencies the speaker was receiving or possibly a bad connection somewhere. I pulled the speakers out, then soldered the bass blocker to the positive side on my aftermarket speaker adapter. Heat shrink around the solder joint and then soldered the +/- on the speakers directly to the 2 wires. This was merely to get rid of the possibility of there being a connection/connector issue.I reinstalled, then tested them. All the bass and distortion was completely gone. My new Hertz DCX 87.3 tweeters are loud and clear now during spoken podcasts. Next project is door speakers.

Worked for me
I've been struggling with this popping noise coming from my speakers on certain bands. Was so sure it was my front door speakers i went and bought new Rockfords. Hooked em up and popping noise was still present. Finally dawned on me it might be coming from my Pioneer 2.75 dash speakers. Looked into new speaks, then thought about higher pass blockers. The pioneers came with 850 hp blockers. Way too low for that size speaker. Came across these and bought them cuz they were fastest shipping. I'm happy to report these cleaned up those 2.75's nicely 👌. Problem solved for $12. I saw some saying that they didn't work, but please keep in mind these are only good up to 50 watts.

Fits my 2022 Nissan Frontier SV
I used these with the Sundown Audio SA-2.75 FR V2 car dash speakers, which are mid tweeters. I am happy for this as I can now hear a clear separation between the dash and door speakers. The speakers did need a minor size modification. I had to drill a hole in one end to allow for a proper attachment to the dash mount.

Gets the job done
Seems to work as expected. I used the 300 Hz "6x9" blockers for a pair of 3.5" dash Kicker speakers -- keeps enough of the lower end bass from hitting them. The enclosure is unnecessarily large however.

Didn't really notice a difference
Nothing really changed. I still have to turn down the bass in my equalizer so my door speakers don't sound to distorted.
