Must Buy!!!
This product is amazing, I had the older version for the xbox one loved the thing to death, and that one lasted 2 years about. However!!!! It still works but I have an Xbox series x now. You can use the older model of you have it just DONT update the controller as it will not work. All in all love this product way more than the Elite Series 2 controller I have. I really only use the reduced recoil and extra buttons. I prefer the feel of the defult controller with small buttons compared to a heavier one with paddles. Again MUST BUY!!!! Be careful as you may be reported for the rapid fire mod (hasn't happened to me but it can. Be careful only use for semi auto weapons as its not noticeable. Full auto is 10000% noticeable)

Must Need Accessory For Console Gaming, Bang for your Buck!
I used this product for the new controller which comes with the Xbox Series X. Had an old strike pack on other Xbox with other design. This design is absolutely more comfortable and ergonomic than the original two paddle version. Binding the buttons that come with this accessory is absolutely life changing when playing video games. I play a lot of first person shooter games and these binds are always useful! Moreover, the strike-pack comes with mods you can use in game which really help if you're starting in some shooter games, such as controlling recoil. I personally only use the buttons on this to map them to different binds. 100% worth it and I think it is a must need if you do not want to waste a lot of money on a new controller or competitive series controllers. Another plus is that with this you never have to worry about buying batteries for your controller ever again.

Works Well
This is fairly simple to use. The program buttons are the short ones toward the front (not the ones you'll be using during gameplay). You just hold the corresponding program button for the one you want to map and click on the controller button you want to assign to it. No need for the mod program if that's all you want to do. Seems sturdy enough and the buttons are easy to press.I did end up having to return this for a few reasons though. First, it doesn't seem like the buttons are in the best places. Everyone's hands are different. I got this because my hands were cramping due to the size of the series controllers. While similar to the One and One S controllers in size, the difference is enough that it can affect some hands. I thought the strike pack would solve this, but it just adds more issues to hand and finger placement because it isn't adjustable.Second, you cannot attach a chatpad, and I was unable to find a case/cover that would fit with this attached. The paddle version may work with a chatpad but I don't think the paddles are in the right spots for my fingers either. While I was testing this I did not have any issues with disconnects or missed presses. Granted I play on PC but I would expect the performance on console to be the same.As long as you don't need a chatpad or case, I definitely recommend giving it a try if you need something like this, and hopefully it ergonomically works for your specific hands.

So far not impressed
First, this came with ZERO instructions on how to operate the mods and map the buttons. Just the warranty, a QR code, and some MOD PASS stuff. So, I had to go to YouTube to figure out how to set up the mods.Second, the mods won't activate. The 'trigger' is to hold the left d-pad for 5+ seconds to activate the mods. I've been holding it for 2 hours. Nothing happens.I'm on a Windows PC using an Xbox X|S controller with the correct model number. Plugging it into the USB port provides the power to the controller but the mods & mapping do nothing.I ordered the correct model Eliminator for the X|S system. At this point It's just a worthless attachment. I will attempt to reach out to the creators.

Good Item, Just Make Sure You Get a Genuine One
So I used my friend's one of these and loved it! The buttons are perfectly placed and that's all I cared about. I never tried the mods on it, so I can't comment on those. My experience was a 5 out of 5. But I'm giving it 3 stars in my review because the one I ordered was clearly not new. My first clue was the box being bowed forward and the tape being loose. When I opened it, I saw that it was a knockoff device in the place of this one. With that in mind, I'll go pick one up from Gamestop, I guess.UPDATE:So, I picked one up from GameStop. Amazing, as expected. I did have the issue that some were complaining about with the buttons "randomly" remapping mid-game. I figured out the issue and fixed it. The issue is that you're either accidentally pushing the remap buttons while playing or that the casing on yours is too tight, causing the slightest pressure to push the buttons. To fix it, here's what I did:1. Unscrew the two back screws and carefully lift off the casing.2. Unplug the two ribbon cables CAREFULLY. Flip up the black lever holding them down then ease them out.3. Unscrew the two screws holding the board in place.4. Carefully lift the board up.5. Shave/cut the plastic pegs of the buttons. If you shave them witha file, use compressed air to clean all fragments from the casing. If you accidentally cut/shave them too low, cut a small piece of electrical tape, fold it over so both sides are sticky, and place it between the button peg and the tactile switch.6. Put the board back into place and screw it in.7. CAREFULLY reinsert the ribbon cables and flip the lever back down over them.8. Put the outside casing on and screw it back togther.Doing this means that your buttons will be less tactile, but it will prevent them from activating mid game accidentally.Overall, I'd give the actual product a 4 out of 5.

Surprisingly high quality
The media could not be loaded. Works exactly as advertised, and has surprisingly nice clickiness to the buttons! Way higher quality than I thought it would be.Extra plus: as seen in the video, it can be combined with a chatpad (albeit with some flexing on the chatpad)
