I've been taking D3 for several years, always an excellent brand either in a gel cap or drop form, without much to show as far as lab values. When I ran out of the last bottle - I take high doses, 20,000-50,000 IU daily - I was going to have to place quite a large order with the company to receive a reasonable shipping rate for the item, so I checked Amazon for something similar and found this product.I just recently had my D panel done and, to my total surprise, my level has increased from 18 to 51! This is after several months of use, but it's honestly the first time my mega supplementation of D3 has actually resulted in an increase of more than 5 points in as many years. I make a point of taking this along with an EFA supplement for the best possible absorption, but that is a habit I've had for years. This brand is the only thing that's changed, so I do recommend giving this is a try for 6 months if you're not seeing improvement with another brand.I'm very pleased with the number of mini-gels in each bottle, the ease of ordering it with Prime, and the price.

This is a great product to use instead of D2! I did some research on Vitamin D2 and Vitamin D3,and while Vitamin D2 can be prescribed by the doctor to take 50,000 units once weekly, I have heard the Vitamin D3 is better for absorbed into the system and I can definitely verify that. I have taken Vitamin D2 (doctor prescribed) once already which is supposed to last a week in my system each time I take it,but I feel not one bit of difference what so ever in my body and I need things to elevate me and make me feel better for when I work out. Before getting on Vitamin D2,I was given a product to try for free for 30 days and it was Vitamin D3 in liquid drop form. I would shake it up in my morning shakes and I noticed a drastic difference in how I felt,my mood,my energy,my pain and more! The drops did not last to terribly long which it said it would last longer then it did,so I resorted to doctor prescribed Vitamin D2 which many would think it does the same thing almost,but trust me it does not. I did not want to worry about control of if I am giving the right dosage so I decided to go with getting gel capsules instead. I will be ordering these frequently whenever it is needed and it will be the best decision you have ever made adding this to your daily regimen. In my honest opinion,Vitamin D3 is way better then D2 and pharmacist and others I have spoke to claim the same.

5 STARS!!! I am a huge believer in D3 and have tried many brands for many years. For the record, I am a little over 60 yrs young and take an average of 34,000 IUs daily (no typo), sometimes more, some times a little less. What I have found is some brands will give me a D3 surge, as it is a steroidal precursor, which just gives me such a lift and feeling of invincibility, energy and a more positive disposition. I could go on about D3 and what all has "repaired" after starting D3 and THESE are absolutely, hands down, some of the very best I have ever taken. I will take them in the morning and...we're off. Really good energy, upbeat, positive and feeling great. No kidding, I am NOT a paid spokesperson but I give my 100% recommendation to OMEGA SOUL as I will ABSOLUTELY be reordering as their 360 count bottle only lasts me 2 months. I purchased this product as I do not get outside a lot so this looked like a good replacement for the lack of sunshine. I don't have any real way to see if I am getting any benefit from them, but I feel a lot better knowing that it should be helping.I take this along with OmegaSoul's Garcinia Cambogia Extract at my evening meal. It may be mental, but I feel like I am getting a little more energy boost when I take it with the Garcinia product alone.I have lost 11 pounds in 4 weeks using their 2 products and I am very happy with the results.
